Outdoor festival:
Force Fields


Force Fields in Cadott, Wisconsin is a two-day EDM festival with a massive, custom-built lighting and rigging design. We provided the rigging structure, truss, and extensive lighting fixture package that created the framework for the festival’s visual production. The structure had a futuristic, almost spaceship-like design, with an incredible number of fixtures integrated throughout the rig. The sheer amount of lighting combined with the scale and unique geometry of the structure created a massive visual presence unlike traditional festival lighting.

Tour: Loverboy

We hit the road with Loverboy, providing both the touring lighting package and Lighting Designer for shows across the country. Touring brings a different set of challenges, with the same production moving into venues of different sizes and configurations night after night. Our lighting package was designed to travel efficiently while still delivering the big, energetic rock-and-roll look that fits a Loverboy show. Having our LD on the tour allowed the lighting to remain consistent from city to city while still adapting the show to each venue and stage along the way.

Special Event: Latvian Song & Dance CULTURAL EVENT

The Latvian Song & Dance Festival was a unique opportunity for our lighting team to support a large-scale international cultural event right here in St. Paul, Minnesota. The festival travels to cities around the world, bringing together performers and audiences to celebrate Latvian music, dance, and cultural traditions. Our team provided lighting for the St. Paul event, helping transform the performance space for the large ensembles, traditional dance, music, and visual spectacle that are at the heart of the festival. With so many performers sharing the stage, the lighting needed to provide strong, consistent coverage while also adding depth, color, and energy to the performances. Being part of an international event of this scale was a great opportunity to showcase our lighting capabilities in a completely different production environment and help bring a global cultural celebration to life in Minnesota.

Concert: New Standards Holiday Show

The New Standards Holiday Show has become a Minneapolis tradition and one we look forward to lighting every year at the historic State Theatre. Featuring Minnesota music veterans John Munson (Semisonic), Chan Poling (The Suburbs), and Steve Roehm, the show blends everything from jazz, pop, and rock to punk and classic cabaret, along with special guests, humor, and plenty of unexpected moments. For Slamhammer, lighting plays a major role in helping tell that story, shifting throughout the night from warm, intimate looks to bold color, movement, mirror-ball effects, and full rock-and-roll moments. Each year brings new songs, performers, and creative ideas, giving our lighting team the opportunity to build something fresh while complementing the incredible architecture and character of the State Theatre. It’s creative, dynamic, a little unpredictable, and unmistakably Minneapolis—exactly the kind of show we love being part of.
